I send you the Letter that I write for my husband to give to the medical store:Hello, good afternoon, I'm sending my husband to get me some medication. We are here on vacation and come from Germany. I have had diarrhea for 6 days and only water comes out when I go to the toilet, as if I were peeing through my anus. I don't actually have any pain, but I'm severely dehydrated because I've already gone to the toilet 4 times today and lost a lot of water. Do you have anything that helps with dehydration? In Germany we use electrolytes in such cases. and we also need a medication that stops the diarrhea. The last one I used just stopped me from having to go to the bathroom as often but it was still just water coming out. I'm a little dizzy so I really need something for dehydration. So we need 2 medications. 1x for dehydration, for example electrolytes, and once a medication to stop the diarrhea. Can you also recommend which foods I should no longer eat or drink here in Davao City? I generally have a very sensitive stomach and intestines, even in Germany.
