Additional information: I ordered a number 4 through door dash. (hot) and shorty after I ate, my stomach started cramping. I ran to the bathroom and have diarrhea and feel dizzy. Keeps feeling like I still have to go. Can't get off the toilet. Ugh not how I wanted to spend my night off work. Thanks a lot Dave's hot chicken. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache, Dizziness
