Got the mild hot chicken sandwich meal 5 pm. 4 hours later vomit diarrhea. Vomiting 3 times ever few hours. 101 degree temperature subsiding Diarrhea persisted 36 hours and still funky 2 days later. Rested and had Gatorade to rehydrate. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
