Ate chicken and Kale Slaw. Extremely painful stomach cramps within 1 hour. Waves of nausea and stomach pain for about 3 hours, culminating in projectile vomiting. After the projectile vomiting and some diarrhea, I felt much better. A few hours later, I felt normal again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
