You n Wednesday at the Chinese/thai restaurant in the city from eating a chicken laksa. 15mins after eating it starting getting extremely bad cramps & chills. Sadly lead to diarrhoea and since then and still today cant keep anything down. Trying hard to have sips of water as I can feel my mouth super dry. Bad for me as I’m immune suppressed and a single mum of two kids under 6 Haven’t slept since & in extreme abdominal pain. My ex refused to take the kids so sadly I can’t go to hospital. | Symptoms: Cramps, Chills, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
