Symptoms started at work about an hour after my lunch break. I had extreme stomach pain and left work early. When I got home I vomited everything and had diarrhea thoroughly clearing my stomach and bowels. I lost all my energy and could barely stand but I had to go to the store to get toilet paper and water, which was a horrible experience where I was using a shopping cart for support and everyone was staring at me. I believe I also had a bit of a fever. When I got home I drank the water and vomited that too. I ended up alternating between napping and waking up to drink a small sip of water until now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
