I knew that after I was finish eating the burrito something was not right that was a 10:07am , and hour later I started getting a headache .. I left work at 3pm started driving my headache started getting worse. 4pm I took a shower got out and I still wasn't feeling good, 5:20 took my family to eat , couldn't eat my food cause my body was aching so bad, nausea and I felt like vomiting. I couldn't stay up any longer so we went home and I just passed out at 6:45pm immediately passed out took some medicine before passing out, woke up at 12 and major diarrhea and then after that every hour or 2. The morning still the same diarrhea all day until right now it's 10:06 pm still with diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache, Body Ache
