May 16th and May 17th Dennys on Noland Road I had 1 egg, hash browns , 1 piece of bacon, 2 pieces of toast and a container of salsa. I also had a child size cup of milk. When I opened the salsa , I questioned the way it looked and the waitress said it always looks that way and it was fine. So I preceded to eat some. I would also like to mention that when the waitress brought my cousins coffee to the table , there was lipstick around the top of it. We had the waitress replace it. The waitress had dirty hands and black under her fingernails. She looked very tired and was the only one working and waiting on all the tables. The cooks had come out a few times to deliver plates. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
