Went to Vernon TX for a friend's wedding on 14 May 2016. After the wedding was over my wife and I went to Dickies Barbecue for dinner before going back to the hotel. That was the only thing we had that day. The next morning she had some stomach cramping which turned into diarrhea and nausea by afternoon, when driving back to the DFW area. Monday was worse with the above symptoms, shivering, blurred vision, dizziness, and worsening pain. Went to the doctor on Wednesday and the ER today. Awaiting lab results. I have had diarrhea, nausea, dehydration, and stomach cramping just not as severe as my wifes. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Cramps, Blurry vision, Dizziness, Body Ache
