After several minutes of eating at Diko's Farm and Grill Restaurant in Sta. Maria Bulacan, I found a fly in their meal. That was after finishing my second plate.

7 hours after that, my stomach hurt. I can't leave the restroom for two painful hours pooping and vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
