Symptoms: Nausea Diarrhea Vomiting Fever Headache

I had a couple of dim sims made by my own and I had smelled something off like sour but I was so hungry so I took all of them and ingested them but then I have severe symptoms of vomiting, dhiarreah, head ache, fever and nausea I can't keep anything down and my symptoms started 7 hours after ingesting the off dim sims
