Drank sprite the other night. Went home with a headache. Woke up about 1am with extreme body aches, diarrhea, nausea, and headache. Went to the ER about 9am due to the pain I was in. All viral test came back negative. Was sent home with spasm medication and nausea medication. I was week and shitting on myself for 2 days. Only thing I could think it was was from the sprite.. I bought a 2liter sprite, 4 pack bottle of coke, orange fanta, and sprite | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Body Ache, Weakness, Muscle Spasms
