5. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed no employee procedure for clean up of vomiting and diarrheal events. Also must have all the necessary items in procedure, including disposable face mask, disposable mop and appropriate sanitizer for norovirus. Priority foundation.

10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no hot water at handwashing sinks in both washrooms. Hot water temperature 51. 0f. Instructed hot water must be a minimium of 100. 0f. Instructed to repair by reinspection date for adequate handwashing facilities. Priority violation issued.

53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed no covered receptacle in washrooms. Instructed any washrooms used by females must have a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins. Must provide.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed floors not clean of debris,dirt under display shelving units. Instructed to clean/maintain.
