Office Lunch Causes Diarrhea - DÔME Subang Parade, Subang Jaya Selangor

I bought a few sets of food from there on 9 Sep 2020 via GRAB food for our lunch in the office. There were 6 of us ate the food and 3 of us had diarrhea (mild to severe) on the same day , the symptom happened within 2-3 hours after we ate the food. Out of 3 including myself have diarrhea on the same day and until next day, 1 of my colleague needed medical attention and requested for medical report to lodge our complaint to GRAB food on the same day. However, GRAB responded to check but they did not responded after 2 emails and did not provide any outcome of the investigation. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
