Jerk Chicken pizza. I ate it last month and had an episode if food poisoning too. It was just diarrhea then now its diarrhea and painful abdominal pain, bloating and nausea.
pizza from here. This is not the first time. Last month me and two of my housemates ordered pizza and we had loose stools. This time I ordered jerk chicken and had very bad episode of bloating and diarrhea and abdominal pain at 3 am in the night and again at 7 am.
