Jerk Chicken pizza. I ate it last month and had an episode if food poisoning too. It was just diarrhea then now its diarrhea and painful abdominal pain, bloating and nausea.

This time I ordered jerk chicken and had very bad episode of bloating and diarrhea and abdominal pain at 3 am in the night and again at 7 am.
