A few hours after eating a pizza for dinner at Domino's in Mangilao Guam, I experience severe diarrhea and violent vomiting, which lasted all night and lingered through the following day. I was unable to hold down any food or even water for the following day, and had to be hospitalized the following evening and treated for dehydration. Since that experience, several friends have told me they had observed how unsanitary the kitchen area at Domino's is, and they will no longer eat there. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
