Food Safety Report: Domino's Pizza, 11025 5th Ave NE, Seattle, WA, United States.

Domino's Pizza, 11025 5th Ave NE, Seattle, WA, United States

11025 5th Avenue Northeast, Seattle, 98125 Washington, United States

I ate about two pieces of pizza and one marbled cookie brownie around 5PM 1/22. Approx 7pm I had become so nauseous that I suddenly vomited, over and over again. Diarrhea kicked in, and lasted up through the beginning of 1/24. I became very fatigued, dizzy, my whole body hurt badly, vision blurred and my fever kept at about 101. Every time I missed a dose of acetaminophen the fever came back. Unfortunately, I did not initially realize it was the food... I tried another bite of each around midnight 1/22 only to vomit again. Yep, was the food.... | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
