Approx 2 hrs after eating a few slices of BBQ Chicken with Provel started with nausea and sudden severe vomiting. Shortly after my symptoms began, my elderly mother began with abdominal pain and severe diarrhea. Throughout the evening we both had bouts of severe diarrhea and vomiting. SUN. April 3, I started with headache an dizzy in addition to nausea and vomiting. We're still having nausea and some diarrhea. I still have headache and stiff neck along with diarrhea.Started Sat. APRIL 2, 2021 and still sick | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Headache, Dizziness
