Went inside dominos to order pizza. While inside observed pizza workers not using gloves or hairnets. Went home started eating pizzas and Parmesan bites and there was long hairs in both pizzas and the bites this is the sixth time I've gotten sick off their pizzas. They at no time while we were in there washed their hands. Last time we ordered they gave us wrong order and didn't notice it until after starting to eat it but we were refunded our money. I did ask them about gloves and hairnets and was told corporate wouldn't allow them to do so. That is a big lie. Pls investigate. Thank you | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
