I ordered a pizza last night and that is the only thing I ate all day yesterday and last night immediately after I had severe tummy cramps. Today I have very severe diarrhoea cramping & vomiting. It is so so bad I have never ever had anything like it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
