Food Safety Report: Domino's Pizza, Andover Street, Peabody, MA, USA

2 months ago reported by user-nmkz4664 business

Domino's Pizza, Andover Street, Peabody, MA, USA

1 Andover Street, Peabody, 01960 Massachusetts, United States

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, other: Loss of appetite
Suspected source: Pepperoni, pepperoni pizza, Domino's
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Sick: Me
Additional information: In the evening on July 20 2024, I ordered three total items with two sauces: Med extra cheese pizza with half chicken, Med extra cheese pizza with pepperoni, and stuffed cheesesticks. Sauces were ranch & marinara. My partner and I had both eaten from the cheesesticks, the cheese/chicken pizza, and dipped food in both sauces. I was the only one to eat the pepperoni pizza as my partner doesn't like it. When I offered them a pepperoni piece, they noted it tasted weird and spat it out, a flavor I could not detect. About 5 hours later I was having moderate cramps and figured it was just bad gas pains, but they became an unusually strong urgency to go to the bathroom about 8-10 hrs after consuming the pepperoni pizza. It was painless but uncontrollable diarrhea with a foul egg-like odor, which I have never had when eating from Domino's before. Edit: Right after submitting this I had a bout of more cramping/stomach pains and vibrant dark green diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Loss of Appetite, Gas, Green Stool
