I am reporting a serious food safety incident that occurred after consuming food from Domino’s Pizza in Falls Church, Virginia, on sept 14, 2024. After eating their product, I experienced severe symptoms, including vomiting, diarrhea, and loss of consciousness. This resulted in a head injury and a concussion, leading to significant medical treatment, lost wages, and ongoing health challenges.

The lack of appropriate response from Domino’s and their failure to address this issue highlights a concerning disregard for customer safety and food handling standards.
