I ordered a large pizza April 24.2021 at about 1:30 pm having eating nothing all day about 1 hour in a half after eating it I begin throwing up my guts I haven’t thrown up since a little girl not even when I was pregnant it was consist then chills then direaha and throwing up some more it’s 3:11 am and I’m laying in bed waiting again because I can feel the knot in my stomach it’s miserable | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
