Purchased a pizza at about 7:00pm,on 11/16/2019.I took it home at ate two slices, about an hour later began to feel sick so I went to bed. I tried to sleep, but that was not happening. I vomited all not, with server diarrhea, and pain. everything in my stomach and colon came out. I weighed myself at about 10:00 am on 11/17/20, I lost five and half pounds. it is now just after 11:00am, and my stomach is still chsuring, I was the only one who ate pizza, symptoms started about an hour after. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
