(Please note in their defense I do have a somewhat delicate system.) Never had problems here before, but about 5 hours after eating a pan pizza I got gurgling bowels and diarrhea. I didn't eat anything else in this time frame so I suspect it was the pizza. It had the same feelings of salmonella poisoning I got from eggs at a mcdonalds. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
