Ate pizza around 8pm and didn’t feel good around 10, went to bed and woke up at 2am really bloated and diarrhea coming out. Woke back up at 6am finding my way to the toilet throwing up the pizza. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating
