Had to lay in bed all day so far weak all over. Vomited on way to toliet and again when I made it to the toilet. Feel unable to eat now wondering if I should go to doctors also nasuea aching and diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
