Additional information: Had some pizza (handmade pan, black olives and pineapple) on Friday night, woke up at 4am Saturday and puked multiple times throughout the day. Sat afternoon, I had diarrhea. I can't keep anything down, I've puked and pooped (diarrhea) over ten times in one day. I'm absolutely exhausted and dehydrated, sometimes get chills but no fever. Never had an issue at any Domino's and I definitely won't be having Domino's again for quite some time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Fever, Dehydration, Fatigue
