Additional information: Had some pizza (handmade pan, black olives and pineapple) on Friday night, woke up at 4am Saturday and puked multiple times throughout the day. Sat afternoon, I had diarrhea. I can't keep anything down, I've puked and pooped (diarrhea) over ten times in one day. I'm absolutely exhausted and dehydrated, sometimes get chills but no fever.
