Repeated Illness After Pizza - Domino's Pizza, Circleville Ohio

Been ordering from there for years, mostly at my previous residence, in another city. However, since moving here, I've been getting sick after eating there. It has happened at least the last 4 times I've ordered this year since realizing it was the pizzas.
I thought it may have been the hand-tossed crust, so this time I ordered the handmade pan crust - still got sick.
Originally, I considered that they changed something in the last year and that was the issue, but as I wrote this and thinking back on how it's been since I moved and the last several orders from the same store, it could be the store. One or the other. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
