Poor quality control. Many fast food outlets have been increasingly food poisoning their customers. Employees do not wash hands or wear new gloves. Sneeze or cough into food. Drop food on floor and then serve it. Keep at incorrect temperature. Serve past expiration date. Don’t keep prep or cooking surfaces clean. And, so forth. I use takeout much less, and cook at home more these days.
