Pizza Garlic Sauce Illness - Domino's Pizza, London England

5 years ago reported by user-thnk6437 business

Domino's Pizza, Old Street, London, UK

40 Old Street, London, EC1V 9AE England, United Kingdom

Ate some slices of pizza last night and felt fine, a little gassy but fine. I wake up at 5:45 am this morning not feeling good at all. I was super light headed, dizzy, and pale, and stomach was churching bad. I threw up on the street twice trying to rush back to my flat. Two other people ate pizza, but I was only one who used the garlic sauce, and only one who feels this bad. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Dizziness, Lightheaded
