I was up all night severe stomach pains and bad gas . I felt very feverish. I got up to go to the toilet and didn’t get off it for an hour diarrhoea and vomiting . This has happened before with dominos but I thought I was just poorly now it’s happened a second time I know it’s dominos . I have continued to feel unwell the next day . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Stomach Pain
