Paneer Pizza Illness - Domino's Pizza, Chennai Tamil Nadu

I went there day before yesterday night and ordered a Paneer Pizza. It was dry but it was hot enough so I just ate it with all my heart and then I felt uncomfortable in chest after 2hrs. I didn't mind and slept off. Yesterday morning I started vomitting severely again and again and loose motion badly. Then I had fever and I was totally sick and dehydrated because of regular loose motions. I was never such before. I was perfectly fine till that evening and I didn't eat anything from outside. That pizza was the only thing I ate outside. Doctor said my stomach is infected. And today after taking medicines, i feel fine now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration
