Gluten-Free Pizza Illness - Domino's Pizza, Sainte-Catherine Québec

From eating a pizza, I ordered two gluten-free domino pizza that I always order one fully stocked, another from Quebec. I ate half a pizza. About two hours later I went to the bathroom, I had diarrhea, I started to feel bloated, with a heart ache. I went to bed. I had quite intense nausea. Then it started I vomited every hour until I had nothing left in my stomach, my throat was very irritated, I had a fever, I was trembling. I had heartaches all day yesterday including the evening. I was emptied. I only drank water in small sips, ate a banana, a few bites of applesauce, and raw carrots.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Other, Bloating, Shaking
