Domino's Pizza. I had a barbecue sauce, chicken, spinach, mushroom and pineapple pizza and this is the third day I've been sick and the second time. I already tossed it so no pictures are available. I used to work in a specialty pizza place in Colorado and ate pizza all the time. Never had an issue. We used to love Dominoes, but I won't get pizza from there unless they can figure out why I keep getting poisoned. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
