Ordered a pizza around four. The center off the whole pizza blew out. Tasted really gross. Was instantly refunded no questions asked. Next day I have issues at work constantly running to the bathroom. Couldn't eat anything because my body would reject it. Later in the evening I got a intense headache and went to sleep. Around 4am started throwing up. Could still see olives in my vomit and signs of blood. Constantly threw up from 4am untill 10:30 am. Mostly dry heaving and bloody vomit most likely from being unable to stop dry heaving. Pizza was the last thing I ate. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
