Last night I had a bag of fresh express salad along with a deluxe pizza from Domino’s in Falls Church, VA. Around 11pm I started to feel uneasy from the meal and my stomach started to gurgle. By 11:30pm I started to feel urges to vomit. By midnight I had already made myself vomit for the first time. For the next 4 hours I would get up each hour to vomit to the point I felt like my stomach was completely empty. Then following the vomit I proceeded to have diarrhea for the rest of the morning and into the next day. The next day I took my temperature and realized I had a temperature of over 99. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
