At 11pm after buying the pizza I ate it and then at 1am I woke up with a headache. Every hour after that I woke up and puked until I coultnt puke anymore. This happened until 10am. After 10am my head hurt all day. Keep in mind I've been eating dominoes for quite awhile so I wasn't sure why I had gotten a migraine and started vomiting. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Migraine
