Puking, Diarrhea After Pizza - Domino's Pizza, Portage Michigan

I usually always enjoy their pizza, but around 5 am this morning I started violently puking and having diarrhea. It has been a constant every half hour getting sick, I threw up a majority of my pizza around 5am but the rest of the day has been bile. I went to get a rapid covid test and the results came back as negative so now the only thing I can assume is their food, and per the fact that even after it left my system I am still currently getting violently sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bile
