Food poisoning . Ate my personal sized pizza, felt awful. Stomach cramps and nausea. Tried to sleep it off but woke up with worse cramps - vomit and diarrhoea. Saw my pizza a second time - toppings too! | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Diarrhea, Vomiting
