My son ordered and ate pizza with his friend Domino's family on Thursday evening. Hours later tummy cramps occurred.. Then vomiting was added.. Diarrhea too a few hours later.. My son was then admitted to hospital. Where food poisoning was detected.. 2 days after vomiting, a high fever up to almost 40 degrees was added.. He lay 4 days km hospital | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps
