I was at Dominos a few weeks ago and had a hot dog pizza.
After a few hours, I became cold sweated and felt nauseous than ever before.
I shivered and emptied my stomach completely again.
I've never felt this bad before, I could barely stand or sit without vomiting again and had to sit on the floor for hours to acclimatize.

A few days later, a friend tells me that her significant other 1 on 1 has the same experience, with the same pizza and the same symptoms.
