Dominoes pizza
Ate some pizza and specialty chicken with my 4 year old daughter. five hours later we both woke up vomiting profusely and incessant diarrhea. Went to ER because of insanely painful stomach cramps and were both diagnosed with food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
