Cockroach infestation. An inspector first visited Sept. 29 in response to a complaint, then returned a week later to follow up and found multiple live roaches around the washing machine and warewashing sink, plus dead roaches behind a cooler and in the cookline floor sinks. The restaurant had been closed for a day in March 2018 because of a cockroach infestation.
