On day 3, my son was incredibly sick. It started with a bad headache, then vomiting, then severe diarrhea, the worst he'd ever experienced. Stomach cramps, bloody stool, dehydration, weakness. He lost 10 lbs in 3 days, and he's a slender person to start off. We saw the medic at the resort, then advised to go to the hospital, where he received IV antibiotics and 2 IV bags for dehydration; it didn't help much. It was SO stressful to have him so sick while out of the country. He was severely sick the entire stay. When we returned home, he tested positive for Salmonella. 9 days later he's still not fully recovered. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Headache, Weakness, Bloody Stool
