I went there at 12:00pm went to work. This was the only food I ate the whole day. When I got home I took bath. When I got out the tub I start to feel nauseous so a few minutes later I had diarrhea bad all night and vomiting all night. Now I'm still weak in bed with no appetite and my stomach is feeling bad so I keep going to the bathroom. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Loss of Appetite
