Dirty Counter, Sick Customers - Dutch Bros, Roseburg Oregon

There was only one person working, the counters were filthy, the rags on the counters were filthy, employee was not washing hands in between. This is the second time it's happened to me from these guys. It was June 12th at about 6:30 p.m. and I ordered a picture perfect freeze.
