I bought a „Fleischkäsebrötchen“ which already didn’t smell good but i didn’t think much of it and expected it to be another type of „Fleischkäse“ which i‘ve never tried. Fast forward in the evening, the same day, i started feeling unwell and then had strong diarrhea. After that i felt pretty well, but only for 10minutes.I immediately ran to the toilet and started puking. This didn’t stop until 7 in the morning. So it was from like 8pm until 7am. Constant puking and feeling unwell.
Now, 2 days later, i still feel very week and can‘t really eat something.
Side note: There was another „Fleischkäse“ prepared which also didn’t look good and i‘m sure that it will also cause health issues for other people. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Weakness
