Group Dining Illness Outbreak - Eat'n Park, Mars Pennsylvania

My family a group of 8 people went to Eatn Park on Thursday October 4th at 7pm. We all had different items 4 ate from the food bar while 4 ordered from the kitchen. 5 of us showed symptoms of diarrhea containing mucus stomach cramps nausea. There was no correlation between what we ordered. This happened in a group of people who had not been together in the days before and lived in 3 different states. The only time we were all together was at a middle school football game right before we went to eat out together. Those that got sick in 3 different households had onset ranging 24 hours to 4 days with various duration of symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Mucus in Stools
