I only ever buy Nutella and I've never seen anything like that before. After eating this glass for the first time, I had stomach problems with nausea and my belching smelled bad of rotten eggs. I fought with it for 2 days until I got better again. But then I ate Nutella again and I had the same problems as before and I fought with it again for a few days. When I ate from the glass again a few days ago, I became ill again with the same symptoms. I've never had any problems from other foods and I'm sure it was because of that.
